Gonna start with Conker, I grew up with an N64 and played through SM64, Kirby, both Zeldas, F-Zero, Shadow Man, Turok, Perfect Dark and Golden Eye.
Got any recommendations?

Pokemon Stadium 2 and Animal Forest won't work on the 2.5. No idea if there's patches desu. The only other major difference is that you have to press reset on the console after you save.

If you’re only interested in a handful of games, wouldn’t it be cheaper to just buy them in particular over a $160 flashcart? If the games aren’t particularly text-heavy you could buy their Japanese versions and play them through a passthrough or dust cover mod, since those tend to go for rock bottom prices even on eBay.
