Not really, but you can recruit a certain guy to live in Township that will raise a character's AP (once). I usually just blow that on Katt so she can cast a spell or two, even though she never needs to.

One of her shaman forms makes use of it too but her physical attack power is so good you might as well just always have her do that.

I'm not certain since it's been a while since I used the Cooking carpenter, but I don't think he can make any items that actually raise AP, only your WIS. Pretty sure it's the Miso Soup that does it.

Ryu/Katt/Bow all day every day.

Of course I liked Ryu with Katt more than Nina (BoF2 Nina was cute but kind of boring). When I got my ass kicked and I thought she might get with Tiga that was awkward. But it all worked out in the end. For me. Not him. Things really didn't work out for Tiga at all. And Bow was my bro so he almost never left the party.

Yeah. It's a joke in that she wants the most powerful magic so she ignores the small stuff except she's too stupid to actually use the strong stuff. She learns Bolt X at level 15. I've only ever seen her be able to use any of the spells once before having to refill her AP unless she was fused.

No, but I beat the final boss on auto battle. I shamanised the 4 physically strongest characters (which I believe were Ryu, Katt, rand, and sten) and just hit auto. It didn't work every time. If Katt got picked on and died too early for example. But I thought it was neat

I know I did it. I'm pretty sure after he "kills" your party you can just leave the dungeon and come back without going through that cut scene again. And if that seems like a pain, remember I leveled them all up to 99 before that as well
