There are 23 Sonic & Knuckles carts in OPs pic by my count. (And a 32x at the bottom)

Sonic & Knuckles loose goes for about 10-15 bucks... So all those would be worth about 230-345 dollars. But unless you sold em one at a time the buyer would surely want a deal since they're buying in bulk.
