In the fifth grade I got a paper route to save up and buy a GBC from the games store down the road.

That store closed after like a year, but I've still got my GBC.

He was making good money at the time and knew I rarely got a new game. He had a chance to make my whole year and instead just rubbed my face in it.

Now I always let my nephews pick out a game or toy when I have them just because of that day and that feeling.

Yes, I actually bought games with both. And it wasn't alot of money. This is actually why I prefer PSX over N64 because I could get games for $20 instead of $40-60.
