As far as retro this one really is the best. Supposedly the GBC Spidey game is really good but I've personally never liked that one much.

I prefer the Genesis version. Looks and sounds worse obviously and I'm willing to admit it's all down to nostalgia, but Genesis Spider-Man is one of my all time favorites. Either way, both overlooked games.
