Actually the Anniversary edition contains Hyper SF2, which was never released on the DC.
It was however released on the PS2 and the Xbox.

Also Super Turbo was released on both the DC and the 3DO, so again not exclusive.

This is one of the greatest games of all time to me and it's still Dreamcast exclusive. Other than that you either get the PCB or emulate the arcade version.
