Most mascot games are "try hards" IMO. Klona was just kind of a nice game that didn't try to be edgy or have catch phrases, etc. I imagine it's quite freeing for a game studio to not have to fit within an established universe when designing a game. It allows them much more creative freedom as well as not having to listen to pissed off fans for changing the game too much.

I used to be disgusted by these scenes in cartoons and videogames as a kid. I actually vomited after seeing one.

But it turned into a fascination. Like, there's a living thing inside of another living thing, and I couldn't get over what that must be like. Eventually I started pretending that my toys would swallow each other, and began to enjoy vore scenes in media. I remember drawing some of them in notebooks in crayon.

Then years passed where I didn't think about it at all. I transitioned from a kid to a teenager and got internet at home. Somehow I stumbled on a list of youtube videos of vore scenes from cartoons, and it clicked.

I gave in. I'm amazed that it's actually a 'thing', that people from all around the world are into it too. There has to be something innate about it.
I've read a lot of posts about the appeal of vore and the main common link between them is that the predator is physically asserting their dominance over its prey. Next is the physical closeness between them after being swallowed. A lot of vorefags prefer to conveniently ignore digestion and death.

Also, most vore material is cancer. It sucks having a retarded fetish and high standards.
