Only played Saturn at a friends house, Saturn Bomberman, Panzer Dragoon and NiGHTs. Wish I could've experienced more of the system, in hindsight I should've asked for one and some games for Christmas that year.
As for the Dreamcast, I never got to play it at all, I was more into PC gaming at the time and didn't give much of a damn about consoles for quite a while.

Following that:

SNES. To this day I believe SOTN could have been made as an SNES game. There was just something about SNES that simply werks, it had enough colors, complexity, and memory to make truly excellent games.

NES only because of the inventive games that were on it, which all should have had remakes (not just sequels or ports) on the SNES.

Sega Genesis - its not in the image but even though I didnt own a sega I had fond memories of playing on someone else's, it was that awesome of a system.

I haven't played enough Saturn or Dreamcast to think anything more than "They're pretty cool and did some interesting things"-tier.

If I can get into Phantasy Star and Shining Force, that may bump the Mega Drive up several notches, but as it stands I like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Mana, etc. too much.

GB/GBC are just Pokémon/Tetris machines with some decent Zelda and primordial SaGa games thrown in for good measure.

The NES may not have been the first platform many of its games were released on, but the way it acted like a sort of "Greatest Hits" for Japanese PC developers was rad. It was an incredibly important console for how it bridged that gap alone, letting us see all the wild things Japs were up to and establishing a foothold in the home.

The sleek design of the PAL SNES looks way better than it's American counterpart. As for the GBC, I like the games for it. However I mentioned the original Game Boy because of a few reasons...

GameCube, Dreamcast, and PC engine for high average quality and aesthetic.
GBA is the only handheld anyone needs.

I don't really like the aesthetic of SNES games and hate the design of both versions of the console, but I'll admit it has a lot of classics in its library.
