I never had one, as I grew up with a Nintendo, what are the exclusives of this thing?
The list people post here all the time are just ports from their Arcade games
And all the people that sell this thing here in my states only have sports shit for some reason

That is because sports shit is just that, shit. Sports games aren't ever worth owning unless you are a normie. The Mutant League games however are absolutely great. So pick those up if you come across them. They are exclusive as well.

Moster World IV is cool. Rent a Hero is cool. There are fan translations.

Mega Man Willy Wars or Rockman World and Alien Soldier were only released digitally through some cable channel provider and are worth tracking down in Japanese.

The reseller plague already hit the Megadrive. The jap versions for many great titles are ludicrously expensive (Alisia Dragoon, Ranger X, any of the Streets of Rage or Thunder Force games, etc).

snag a everdrive and some titles i recommend are All the shinobi games, Shining Force I and II, Thunder Force series, MUSHA, Contra Hard Corps, Aladdin, Toy Story, Landstalker, Yu Yu Hakusho Sunset Fighters, Alien Soldier, Sonic games (S3&K complete is a hack but a great way to play the games), Dynamite Headdy, Tiny Toon's Busters adventure, Ranger X, Adventures of Batman and Robin, Streets of Rage 1 and 2, Langressier, Alissa Dragoon, Panorama Cotton, Elemental Master, Pluseman, and more.
