I wish the PS2 Sega AGES games didn't have so many emulation issues. They're the best ports of some of these games from what I've seen.

The first Panzer Dragoon has somewhat random gameplay compared to the perfectly structured sequel that can you can beat with 100% shot down with no hits, in the first PD you pretty much are going to take damage no matter what, and have to adapt with goal of just surviving. Abandon perfectionism and memorization and hone your skill instead, watch your radar, use both lasers and bullets, and dodge like a sweaty dragon rider.

Get into that shit, because the game will only reward you for immersing yourself in it.

just memorize the levels and dont do barrel rolls. And if use the cheat for special guns. The spread gun makes the game pretty easy.
