Playing it right now, I think I'm near the end.

I am trying to find Locke, the treasure hunter, and the ninja guy and I heard you can get a Moogle, so I'm looking for him in the ruined world. I have everybody else and I'm like level 34 for most characters I'm having lots of fun but FF2 on the snes felt a lot more challenging and I liked the storyline just as much as this one but I'm not a fan of the constant party changing in FF3. Still a great game. Fuck the Opera

Locke is in that strange mountain formation with a small space in the center. That town where his girlfriend is sheds more light on where he is. You may need to trigger that event before going. I can't remember If you want challenge I'd suggest replaying the game with the Brave New World hack afterwards.

FF2 is great. I recently finished it after repeatedly giving up on it too early in and I don't know what happened this time. It's like everything finally clicked. Halfway though, I realized I fell in love when I heard the second movement of the map theme kick in for the first time.

Honestly the game is fine outside of drawing magic and wasting time in Rinoa when they could go deeper into Esthar history and their conflict with the sorceress which could have still explained Adelle and Ultimecia story but in a way more interesting way.
