I honestly can't think of one time a video game scared me as a kid. Not saying I'm tough or anything. I was spooked by the x-files opening for years. Being an adult and playing Silent Hill tho is a totally different story. Still haven't finished it.

The X-Files episode where beetles crawl inside this druggy-looking guy's wrists and then through his insides fucked with me for years. As did the little man who crawled inside of people and controlled them (this killed them in the process, of course).

Anyway, the Fire Lick scared the the holy shit outta me in Keen 4. Also the Arachnut, because I was stupid enough to access my dad's save file to not have to deal with Fire Licks.
