Out of those, the only exclusives are PDS, Megamix, Mr. Bones and Clockwork Knights. Everything else has superior versions available elsewhere - in fact for some of them the Saturn versions are by far the worst ones to play (Daytona, HOTD).

Clockwork has great visuals for a 32-bit platformer and a good soundtrack, but the game is a very boring generic platformer.

Mr. Bones is a bad game but had a charm in how extremely weird it is, and again it has great music. RIP Ronnie Montrose.

PDS and Fighters Megamix are both stellar though, no argument about that.

Panzer Dragoon (all of them), NiGHTS (mostly only matters to people who play it seriously, otherwise the PS2/PC version is okay), Bulk Slash (must play), Gungriffon, a version of Wipeout 1 with better collisions (20fps though), Burning Rangers (it's just okay, but it is exclusive), and I'm missing a handful of things, but not too much.. Loads of other stuff has ports elsewhere that are better.

if you can't be arsed to get those better ports (laziness, cost, etc), Saturn's got a bunch of good shit beyond that still
and I still enjoy some Saturn ports despite the accessibility of others (like, I still play VO on Saturn despite being able to play it on PS2)

also, there's fucking ninpen manmaru lol, which just becomes stupid obnoxious by the third stage with some of the most annoyingly fiddly 3D platforming I've had the misfortune to experience
it almost controls well and has fairly decent visuals for the system, though, so it's still worth a mention

They're honestly great still today.
I'd rather play Vampire Savior or SFA3 on Saturn with all the extra options than the vanilla arcade games.
They're not "arcade perfect" from a technical standpoint because of minor resolution and sound differences, but the game itself plays the same as on arcade, with all the animations and hitboxes intact.
Some SNK ports like Real Bout Special are also arcade perfect as far as I know, and that uses only 1MB of extra RAM (the only drawback is loading times, but being Saturn, the load times are faster, and certainly faster than Neo Geo CD).
