Since this series is on sale I was wondering if there's any substantial difference between this and GOG version?

I'm asking because I pirated Thief: Gold way back and it ended up fucking up my GPU drivers which resulted in me not able to play another game.

I suggest you pirate any version you want and immediately install TFix, it fixes many things and probably even the bug that killed your GPU drivers.

I thought the GOG version is always the newest, final update version of the gaems?
So, installing TFix will fix this for me?
