Loved playing this, Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey and Fifa 98/RtWC'98 back then.

The computer is bullshit though, except for that one mode where you can use money to upgrade your stats.

It's been a while since I did but I remember the game being a lot of fun with 2 players, particularly during the fighting mini game.
