Look, I know request threads are frowned upon, but I looked up and down for this game and I could only find a rom dump that doesn't work on any emulator. It's a Waixing game, for reference. Can anyone find this now? It seems to have disappeared from the internet.

The issue is actually you. You either can't into google or can't into emulation or both. I found a link to a good dump that runs in any emulator that supports the mapper used in less than a minute.
