Does anyone know where I can buy a fully-wired RGB scart cable for my Dreamcast? I don't want to risk buying through ebay in case I get scammed with just a composite-only scart, which I hear is often commonplace.

It helps if it has RCA audio additionally.

Most of the games are 480p so rgb will only get you 480i with any game that's not 240p.

You want a vga box for it.

Just look for one that says RGB, anyway you could also just go with a VGA cable or box since most games support it, with box you also have S-video which is almost as good as RGB

Using a VGA computer monitor with a Dreamcast is a meme now? Since you want lagless CRT gameplay and VGA, a computer monitor is your only option really.

I use an old NEC monitor like this I had laying around with VGA for my dreamcast. I also have a square lcd monitor I use as well. both look amazing and I highly recommend getting a VGA box and a monitor. The CRT monitor works amazing with lightgun games too.
