I fucking love Nadia, it's one of my all time favorites series, but it has its flaws (the fucking island episodes). Gunbuster is an OVA series so it's not really all that comparable, different development process and budget.
Evangelion is pretty great, I understand some people getting angry because they may not like it as much, and they have to deal with people all the time saying "best anime ever", but hey... it might be the best anime ever made, it's subjective, but you can't deny the impact it had.
