Uh, who knows maybe. It doesn't let you play the lock-on Sonic 3 & Knuckles though, how fucked up is that? Sega pulled it off on Sonic Jam for Saturn, it's inexcusable.

But speaking about that cover... what the fuck is wrong with Sonic's pose? His feet and arms are really off.

Not bad, but still ticks me off that they were to lazy to code in a SNES emulator for the SNES Killer Instinct.
I know, I know, there's the arcade original, but the SNES version is way more balanced, has a training mode and so on. Other than graphics and sound, it's better than the arcade from a gameplay perspective.
I can't believe SNES KI wasn't re-released again, ever, it's still exclusive to SNES.

Lacks Donkey Kong Country 1-3 and Diddy Kong Racing and you realise quickly how much their identity is tied up in kongs

also no Battletoads and Double Dragon (SNES version), amazing game.
