it's really not that great, although it's oddly decent (and hard) for a 3D platformer based on some random kids anime
some of its jank properties are just it being an early 3D platformer (there's dumb shit like the player rotating 180 for no apparent reason, the fact that you need to press L/R to turn without walking forward is entirely obnoxious), but there's also the hilariously finicky stage design that eventually just goes "yeah, we're going to throw some tiny platforms in the sky and you have to do a perfect triple jump to get across, have fun"

running into walls damages you for some stupid fucking reason
also, the triple jump feels ridiculously unnatural

the graphics are at least fairly decent for the machine (texture quality sucks though)
