Big fucking difference. The extra enemy type is a huge fucking deal. Beat'em ups are all about enemy combinations. That female enemy adds about 30% more gameplay to the game.

Never name the US version of the game ever again.

Yes. The extra enemy type is not just a random cannon fodder that gets killed with 1-2 hits. She's a strong enemy with a completely unique fighting style among the enemies. She adds a lot of gameplay variation because you need to change up your strategies whenever she appears. She also looks cool as hell.
