I like the colour scheme of the left one, but I like how the right one actually says Super Nintendo on it. Why did this never get a PAL release?

Sega, Atari, Commodore etc did just fine over here. I think Big Nin's shitty business practices simply didn't fly with suppliers or consumers. Their stuff tended to cost a lot more for no real reason.
