I like most of his arcade outings. in particular I liked: The Original, Ms.Pac-Man, Pac-land, Pac&Pal, Pac-Man plus, and Pac-Man Jr.
I also really liked world, really solid platformer.

I have a Pac Man problem. I've not even particularly good at any of them but I compulsively buy ports of them. Especially those plug-n-play TV things.

Is correct about Arrangement. It's crazy how well Namco has been able to keep PacMan of all things fresh and interesting. Arrangement is up there with Championship as a great overhaul of it.

If anyone ever gets the chance to play PacMan VS, that also is damn fun. I bought a link GBA cable just for that game back when I got PacMan World 2 on Gamecube.

As far as the classic
ones go, Super was a legit sequel. I was always suspicious of it because it looked kind of lame but once I started playing it I got hooked. Jr is cool too.

The original AI is pretty fucking complex. Each ghost has 2 AI modes and some react differently when other ghosts are nearby.
You can trick learn to fake some of them out though.

Yeah first time I learned that I was amazed. There's a spot in the middle of the map that you can run to and the ghosts' algorithms can't direct them to you.
I started following the pattern directions and felt like a damned GOD with how the dance of ghost and pac flowed like clockwork.

I cannot fathom the autism required to figure that shit out pre internet.
