people here don't overlook it, but in general it doesn't get the attention those others do. Ultima Underworld. If you like rpgs, ultima 3 and forward, Might and Magic 3 - 5. Try an Infocom game for a while to see if you're into it.

If I had to recommend one game, I'd choose Sword of the Samurai. Oh god this game is great! Awesome art, awesome music, simple game mechanics and addictive as fuck. Please try it, you'll love it especially if you're into Edo era games
