In the PC version of Resident Evil, and ONLY in the PC version, there is an extra hidden Beretta clip.

It's in the Tyrant lab room, in the dark spot near the door. It's invisible on screen, but if you press the action button you'll find it.

Maybe it's a hint from the devs who ported the PC version, a hint on how the Tyrant can actually go down with less than a full Beretta clip... That's right, all this time you saved all that Magnum ammo for nothing.

SMB has a continue code. Hold A+B, press start.

There's a UFO you can grab in the first level of Kirby's Adventure.

FF6 is full of little comments and scenes that will only play under certain circumstances. If you are still wearing the Soldier uniform when you rescue Celes as Locke, if you go back to where the Airship crashed after the Espers destroy the imperial capitol there's a scene with Setzer and Cid, if you go back to Thamasa with Strago and Relm before going to the Floating Continent, if you don't have Edgar or Sabin in your party when Setzer kidnaps Celes, as well as changes to the ending if you don't have Locke, Sabin, or Strago re-recruited. This doesn't even count the number of different dialogues depending on who's in your party at different events. Did you know Terra has an extra line if she reads the Queen's Diary in the underground castle? Or that Gau gets a makeover in WoR if you have Edgar and Locke but not Celes and Terra? How about Relm getting Interceptor if you let Shadow die on the Floating Continent? I've known people who've played through the game dozens of times and still haven't seen everything.

I've been looking through the old Top Secret Passwords guide from Nintendo and found the most convoluted fucking code for Legacy of the Wizard.

- On title screen, hold Up, Right, A & B on Controller 1
- At the same time, hold down, left & select on Controller 2
- While all buttons still being held, press start on C1 and hear a tone.
- Select Roas, go to the tree shop and try to buy the Crystal
- Return home, select Roas again
- Select his armor, go outside to let all mana drain away.
- Go back in the house and hover the pointer finger on the eyeball portrait
- On controller 2, hold B and Left; Hold Right on controller 1
- While still holding all buttons, press A on C1 16 times.
HOLY SHIT I'M OUT OF BREATH but now Roas has 16 of every item but crowns and DragonSlayer.

In Starfox 64 if you fly close to your wing-mates they'll say a completely unique line of dialogue and what they say seems to be dependent on how much health you have.
>Close to full health
>More than half your health(?)
>Less than half your health

I wasn't able to get Falco to say his third line no matter how hard I tried. Bill seems to have only one line of dialogue for flying close to him, regardless of how much health you have, I'm not sure if Kat has one.

No, it's just from my memory. It's been over fifteen years since I've played the game. I don't remember the exact location. I think it was the Catfish's Maw in the boss room.

Warioland 1 also has this secret area that's also accessible through a tricky jump. In the Stove Canyon level with two exits, give Wario the jet powerup and reach to the end of the level, but stop right before the normal exit. Jump up to the top where the 2nd exit is and do a flying body slam between the block and the wall in the direction of the wall. Try it a few times and until Wario appears off screen due to the vertical scrolling not working. Walk left and and keep walking left and dropping down to the lower platforms. Eventually, you'll appear in a bizarre-looking area with pirate birds.

In A Link to the Past if you skip the Lantern in Link's House, it will appear in Zelda's cell later. If you skip it there too it will appear later in Thieve's Town inside a chest that normally contains 300 rupees.

If you skip the Moon's Pearl, then when Agahnim sucks you into Dark World you will be a rabbit until you go back and get it (which of course is possible since you have the Mirror). Doing this or re-entering the portal you created (or the portal hidden below the archway of Hyrule Castle) is the only way to play as Rabbit Link outside of Death Mountain.

Everyone knows about rescuing the fish in LttP.
When you drain the lake in the light world to access the dark world dungeon, this beaches a couple of fish. Grabbing one and throwing it back into water, the fish rewards you with a red rupee.

Now, if you instead decide to grab the fish and carry it all the way over to the bottle merchant, he'll buy the fish from you, giving you an assortment of bombs and arrows as well.

Rondo secrets that might not be general knowledge.
In this chapel room on stage 3, there's 3 statuas right before the big bell with the giant skeleton. Use the axe to hit each statue once, they will change direction, when all 3 face the opposite direction, a gold bag with lots of points will drop.
And 2 hidden mechanics not many people know about, first is that you can walk backwards, like moonwalking, if you press and hold the attack button, while you're pressing it, you can walk in the opposite direction without changing the direction you're facing, this comes handy to fight some enemies.
And then there's a way to make the vampire killer a bit longer for a second. You must press the attack button then right before the moment the whip reaches its longest, press forward and the attack button at the same time. If you did it well, you will see the tip of the whip will flash a bit and become a pixel longer.
