New to this sort of thing, just bought a Sony PVM-14M2U and an RGB modded SNES (with csync)

I'm a bit overwhelmed with scart cables, scart to BNC adapters, signal strippers, csync, and everything needed to hook this darned thing up to my PVM

I was looking at this scart cable: https://www.ebay.com/p/?iid=172455453279&lpid=82&&&ul_noapp=true&chn=ps

And this adapter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/192143407521

Is this all I need or have I gotten something hilariously wrong? I'm worried something isn't going to be compatible with something else in some fashion

That should do it and fyi all fat SNES consoles have RGB without modification so if someone sold you an "RGB modded" fat SNES at a premium they ripped you off (and/or are ignorant). Also, don't get too stressed about the sync source. You've got a PVM and they're very tolerant of wacky sync.

Nah, it was a SNES Jr

Thanks for the help, really do appreciate it!

The colours with the SNES jr tend to cross hatch without csync fyi

That TV looks kinda small imo

It's a PVMeme, they're hilariously tiny. They're so small that the supposed fantastic image quality they apparently have isn't even noticeable.

>tfw I've got a 29" PVM and it's not even the biggest one Sony made.

Not by a long shot.
