It was on PC
I want to say around the time Diablo 2 was pretty popular
It was a turn based combat game, featuring bases you'd build up.
You could choose from 3-4 different factions
Units would be upgraded depending on how you built your base up
Could go from having a basic knight dude, and build him up to be some like, pegasus ridign angel knight dude and shit.

Home bases would have like a god defender that was nearly impossible to beat.

And you'd have to move your soldiers to defend other bases and shit.

It was on PC and was a pretty shit game looking back, but still pretty fun to play
