How often did you take breaks between game sessions? I knew at a young age the power of restraint. Verily did I always bite the bullet when our egg timer went off after 20 minutes of gaming. The rule was: YOU GOT 30 minutes to read and study OR YOU GOT an hour outside before you can game again. Sure was tough making it through a game on this schedule but I'm more intelligent on emotional and academic levels because of this training. It had to do with mental stability I guess. Plus I was ALWAYS way better at video games than all of my friends and enemies when I was a pup. Now you. You answer the question.
