It was pretty mediocre outside of pushing some aspects of the Genesis hardware. Got a feeling Paprium will be much better now that they've learned a lot from working on Pier Solar but even if it isn't at least it looks pretty and has great music.

Probably not. Rom-dumpers tend to leave new commercial releases alone. There's a whole bunch of homebrew Famicom games I would love to play, but they have only been released on NES-carts and I don't feel like buying them just to rip them and play them through an Everdrive anyway.
