Because licensor and publisher demands. They basically mandate "Show this logo, show this movie, must be unskippable etc. etc. etc."

People claim that the game is "loading in the background" but anyone who has disabled these things in any way knows that is a bald-faced lie.

I can't think of any game I own that has that many logos, maybe it happens a lot in licensed games?
I own a couple of Super Famicom Dragon Ball games but they don't even have any company logo intro at all, just Ban Dai on the bottomline of the title screen, but not any intro.

Also, it's a cart console, you don't have to wait for loading times.

Maybe there's something wrong with the ROMs you're downloading?
