Ok, guys, this is driving me fucking nuts: how the FUCK do I get Ravel to give me max WIS bonus?

>have 20 WIS and INT
>am 12th lvl mage while confronting her (she still gives me only 90000 exp for the art training)
In the end I get 120000 exp instead of 180000 as according to the wiki

I realize that I cannot get the +1 INT bonus because I chose the wrong response with Mebbeth, but it still doesn't explain why I only get 2 WIS overall. What the fuck?

He was the epitome of "edgy mascot character" gone wrong. Not only that - at the time his face was plastered all over the magazines and that first game was touted to be a Mario/Sonic killer.

His rise and downfall is hilarious as hell in retrospect, and so our love for him is like the distant empathy one feels for one of those hobos you see napping on a bench in the park in the middle of winter.

EGM was alright. It showcased videogames from every contemporary console, and without it I wouldn't have fallen in love with a bunch of games that later in life I had to emulate (because I couldn't afford more than one console as a child). My only gripe with it is that it sucked ass for walkthroughs.

I love EGM, easily my favorite gaming magazine. Also, I loved the lack of walkthroughs, never was a big deal to me. I can still read through the magazines now and have dat nostalgia. Reading through Nintendo Power just has me skipping half the magazine cause it's walkthroughs for games I don't give a shit about.

I don't know if they had some kind of arrangement, but in their early history at least, they pretty much took everything they could from Famicon Tsushin. Features, format, graphics, etc. When the internet came along, they subscribed to the "if it's on the internet, it must be free to take" attitude. A bunch of stuff I wrote was printed without attribution.

But they had all the latest screen shots of all the upcoming games, which is what most people wanted to see.

His first game was alright. Not amazing, or noteworthy, but nothing worth crying about if you picked to rent it for the weekend. It doesn't deserve all the hate it gets.

The PS1 game deserves all the hate it gets, but it's so shitty that it just feels pointless pointing out that it's bad.
