What are some good super famicom games where i dont need to know japanese to play them?

There's this thing called a search engine. You input key words, and it pulls up results relative to those key words. You might want to try it sometime.

A good number of Super Famicom exclusives use entirely English text, especially games with only small amounts of text, like Tetris 2 + Bombliss, and Super Tetris 3. It's mainly RPGs that you won't be able to understand.

It's worth noting that Super Metroid for SFC is identical to its SNES NTSC-U counterpart. You can switch between Japanese and English text from the main menu in both regions.
