IMO the clamshell is the best game case past or present ever made. Definitely could have used some uniformity tho. Early black grid and the Red striped cases are timeless but they for sure clash when put side by side on a shelf.

The stripes thing was something Sega enforced around late '93 to color-code their games in the U.S. by platform. It was kinda retarded, since Game Gear, Sega CD and Genesis boxes/cases don't even have the same dimensions.
