File City's always had a spot in my heart.

From the moment you are in it, you can see it's rather busted up and empty, and that it's really the only safe haven out there in strange unknown lands.

As you gather Digimon, the city grows. Agumon makes a bank, Coelamon starts a shop which later improves, a restaurant, arena, and hospital are made. The meat farm is expanded, champions and ultimate start appearing around, patrolling the city or just there to stand out, Kabuterimon and Kuwagamon even stand around the gym and make it feel not as empty. You basically allow the city to breath new life, and you turn an otherwise empty low class town into a lively comfortable one.

Not to mention the music's nice, particularly at night where it just has a melodious tone to it.

I know I'm going to get flak for this one, and this is not my favourite nor am I saying it's the greatest game, but I have to say I fucking love the atmosphere of this place. The music is some of my favourite music in the entire game. So relaxing and beautiful.
