What are the creepiest /vr/ glitches/crash screens?

I've had it happen with both, Kirby Super Star and Yoshi's Island so I suspect it has something to do with the special connectors on the cart.
The story is the same; I've played for some time and when it's time to stop, I approach the console and when I'm about to push the Power button I accidentally bump the cart with my hand. The screen goes black/glitchy, the music stops and I hear one sound effect slowly fading into silence.

Lost my saves in KSS that way too. Remember to hold reset when turning the console off, boys.
