To be quit honest (desu) the game is pretty good,the story is interesting and the emulated biospheres is a pretty interesting design,however the story alone makes the game garbage to replay,because unrushable wall of text.

I like what they attempted with the fusion suit and quit honestly,It's my favorite suit because I always thought the huge ass shoulder pads were retarded.

That was one of the negatives about X's soundtrack though, all the track music was interchangeable. They all felt too samey. Outside of Big Blue and Mute City you could switch songs on two tracks but not notice.

GX kept some of the rock with Fire Field, Mute City as well as the covers of old songs, but it branched out with some more techy stuff. The variety made the songs more identifiable. I know I'm playing on Casino Palace and when I'm playing on Aeropolis just based on the music that's playing.

Variety is good. GX had a better soundtrack because of it. It takes more from the original than from X. The original has more of an electronic feel with a variety of styles as well. Just listen to "Silence" or "White Land".

X changed the music for the worse.

I dunno. I found every X theme pretty distinctive, and memorable myself. Most of GX sounded like typical generic sega music to me.

Even GP Legend and Climax did rock/metal-ish tunes and sounded a lot more memorable than GX.
