Embarrassingly, I probably played Tekken 2 more than any other person in the world. I know so many tricks and glitches that are completely unknown on the Internet. I know a trick with Baek that probably no one else in the world knows. It's basically a block breaker that lets you get in a free 2,2 or a f,f+2 throw. If someone else knows it, then it's because I posted about it on tekkenzaibatsu or shoryuken like more than a decade ago and someone bothered to read it. I also posted it on /vr/ about 5 years ago.

Another trick he has is if the first two hits of 4,3,4,3,3, are blocked then the rest are unblockable. Similar to Bruce's 1,2,d+4,3 if 1,2 are blocked.

Baek (and pretty much everyone else) is still garbage compared to Bruce, Wang, Armor King, Kazuya, Devil, Heihachi though. Fucking Mishimas can get free twin pistons off of a counter hit JAB. What a broke ass game. Still, it holds a dear place in my heart.
