Darklands actually uses oblique graphics. At first glance, isometric and oblique graphics appear similar, but they're distinct. EarthBound and NoX are a couple of other examples.

Due to how the character creation works, it's unlikely your characters will all be the same age. Replace dudes one character at a time, keep the spirit of your legendary group going, even if the individual parts must wither and die
