Epsxe uses digital memory cards just so you know. When you get the file you will essentially be getting a memory card with the save on it.

dude don't expect 100% completion with insane levels
It just has 108 stars and party leveled enough to beat final boss without constant save/load on bad turns as I remember

Hello Newfag.

Go here, and download one of the dexdrive saves:
http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps/198900-tekken-3/saves

Then, on your emulator, go to the memory card setting and choose and select the save file. It'll act as your memory card, and you'll be able to play as all the characters. I've had to do it quite a few time before myself, and it's very quick and easy to do.
