There is no level with more than 2 exits. So as long as the red levels have 3 trails (one entering and two leaving) then you've found all the exits. There are some exceptions to that, though. All the levels in Star Road will only have two trails even though they have two exits except the last one. Also, two of the Ghost Houses have 2 exits with no indiaction.
