I hope you're not talking about the third one, it's still very good.

I'd go for GTA SA. No troll. I spent hundreds of hours on it when it was released in PS2, I tried it a few weeks ago, wow... and I'm not a hypefag, I still loe Vice City and consider it as the best game I ever played.

The devs knew it too, they even wanted to come back and right the wrongs they made but their kickstarter failed.

Boogerman is just your typical platformer with little flourishes of creativity. It was likely rushed to completion and probably didn't get much attention when it came out because it wasn't 3D.
