Which is the best way to play FF5? GBA version with sound patch?

Firstly just to be pedantic GBA is not retro. Secondly the GBA sound patch introduces static that is in my opinion very noticeable. Just play the SNES version with the English patch unless the fact they named him Butz in the fan translation is just to much for you.
