So what Dreamcast games should i burn? And got any tips on how to make the DC look better on a current tv?

Start with examples from your favorite genres but literally 95% of the DC library is B+ grade or better so it's hard to go wrong unless you try to force yourself to play something too far beyond you.

Get a good VGA box and a good VGA to HDMI upscaler for the best, and most expensive, results on a modern TV. For a CRT get a scart box.
