Is playing Earthbound with one hand really feasible?

>> No.3414558

You can play everything with one hand.

>> No.3414569

Yes but you can't cancel (B button).

L button works as A.

I never tried to see if Select works as B though.

if you play on an emulator using a Playstation controller, easily.

>Yes but you can't cancel

That just adds a new level of challenge. You have to commit to all your decisions. No pussying out and changing your mind.

Yes but only if your other hand is occupied with a cup of chai latte into which the fleas from your ironic beard are jumping.

I'm surprised this guy isn't a meme here yet.

I don't understand the point of the question.

This one is probably a better choice. That one doesn't look very comfortable.

At least 80%, eventually you'll run into points where you'll have to heal or dump stuff from your inventory which is just easier to do 2 handed, but I suppose you could just not button mash in battles and use and waste things in your inventory. The first time I played it I emulated it on my psp, I cooked dinner with my right hand at one point I was so engrossed in the game. I had to set it down a couple times(and burned my knuckle on the skillet once), but otherwise it's the only time I ever played video games while cooking. I honestly really like that aspect of the game, because like a lot of turned based rpgs near the end of the game you have to fight a lot of mooks you leveled past and the battle system is getting tedious by that point, you can just walk around and tap the shoulder button as needed and it feels less like you have to pay attention.

Remember there's that one 5 minute portion where the only way to advance is by using no buttons, which out of context makes even less sense.

I actually really want one of these. The novelty of this is just way too much for me to want to pass up. What's the best one handed controller out there Anons, do you know?

Australia-kun is our version of George Wood. Absurdist opinions with a subtle hint of satire.
