Anyone up for playing some Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst on the Ephinea server?

Wasn't interested since I played way too much on DC/GC and a good chunk of Schtserv a few years ago, until I saw this:

>In Sandbox mode, you can make items, level up, and manipulate your character via server commands.

That's probably all I would do, I just want to have my level 200 FOnewearl back to derp around on without grinding for 1,000 hours.

Too ancient for PSO? Are you certain? We're talking about a game that began development in the 90's and has not become more graphically demanding since. (well the switch to Direct3D slowed shit down, to be honest, but I'll bet your computer isn't so much of a toaster that you'll notice any performance difference)

Here's the requirements for PSOBB:

>Processor: Pentium III,
700 MHz [Pentinum 4, 1.4GHz or above recommended]
>Graphics Card: Direct3D compatible, >3D graphics board, minimum 32 MB VRAM

I'm gonna make a blanket statement here: if you can run Windows XP or newer you can run PSO. Are you sure your computer is THAT much of a toaster?

Yeah, even my 2010 shitbox netbook was able to run Schthack without any problems at all. Extended dual monitors, too.

>2010 shitbox
Never mind that. Most 2002 onwards PCs should run it, and any piece of junk from 2005 onwards should run it WELL even with integrated graphics. Literally made for 90's hardware, this game.

The original PSO pc port was even less resource intensive. Then Blue Burst came and enhanced the graphics a bit.

To be fair, Ep2 has major lag problems in the outdoor areas from time to time due to the fog

I tried to play. But I got bullied a lot because I played on the dreamcast. Then i went to the Sylverant server. All dreamcast. Times are good.

With a server population of 5 people?
