What are good PSX/PC games to play them on PSX?

While Windows got a port of wipEout 2097/XL, and it's prettier to boot, PS has the whole series in a consistent manner and is far less of a hassle to set up

Rayman
DOS version has the soundtrack marginally butchered

GTA
PS low resolution looks better, because it's more consistent regarding models and sprites, has the music working right, and at least the free R* version of Windows GTA requires some unnecessary messing with
