Some more unpopular opinions:

-The one hit deaths in Contra fuckin suck and make me want to rarely play the game (i know.. git gud)

-Sega CD was an amazing console in its time and even the FMV stuff was fascinating. This was before internet and videos being ubiquitous outside of TV so it was a novel thing. Just sucks they didn't do more with the technology

- Never liked Sonic 3 or Knuckles nearly as much as 1 or 2. For some reason after a few levels I just get incredibly bored and quit it

- Most Playstation games have awful graphics in retrospect

- I could not get into Gameboy and 90s Nintendo Handhelds much. I owned one as a kid but hardly played it. I won't really care to play one more than 5 mins unless on emulator/Super Gameboy

- Emulation to me is totally fine and a good enough substitute for original hardware to me (80s and early 90s consoles mainly.. different story after that). It all varies by personal experience and opinions but to me, I have never had a problem and I love emulation. I have even bought some older games over the years that I owned or never owned in the past and it just feels like a waste of money to me honestly if I can play, say NES on my PC

Bottom line is that the controller sucks. Well, people who play only the latest games out are likely to shit on older games, they care more about communities and tourneys than the actual games, they'll just play whatever is popular ATM.

MvC3 fans should know about the roots of the MvC games and Darkstaklers. Also MvC3 has Felicia, Hsien-Ko and Morrigan, I always choose the "vampire girls" team when I play it.
