The Playstation 2 in truth has way more great games due to its huge popularity and long lifespan, but also had an insane amount of cheap shit thrown onto the console.

This guy is onto the basic reason for the Dreamcast's extremely good quality ratio and even correctly comparing it to the PS2 except it's not right to say "Dreamcast wasn't popular". Unpopular consoles get the kind of libraries that CDi and Nuon got. Dreamcast (and to a lesser extent 3DO) has a quality library by virtue of being VERY popular for a short burst and then getting BTFO suddenly. All the good games, next gen games and enhanced versions came out on it then suddenly nothing came out on it.

You must have pretty high standards or you only respect games in your limited genres. Check out the Dreamcast Junkyard's list of the top 200 (!) Dramcast games and it's plain to see that OP is correct that most Dreamcast games are at least B+ quality.

Even the alleged "bad' games have some merit. I personally played the fuck out of Maken X. It was cool to possess fallen enemies and have them take out their own dudes. Huge variety in attacks, too.

A personal favorite is Death Crimson OX - the shattering glass sound that happens when you shoot skeletons makes me laugh my ass off.

Anyway, "worth playing" is subjective, but I think most of the games on it are decent games.

Is Golf worth playing? I dunno, there are a lot of other great Golf games out there, probably better than this, but this one plays fine, and has good music.
Panic Bomberman it's just a falling block puzzle game, there's other versions of it out there like on PC Engine or Neo Geo, but this one is still decent.

Remember, the criteria is "decent games", not "must plays". If we're going by that, then yeah the only shit game on VB I can think of is Waterworld, everything else I tried was at least decent.
