Does anyone remember this old game?

I played the demo and I remember that I liked it, but I was bummed at the time that you couldn't kill the enemies as far as I remember, just knock them out. Overall, seemed fun though.

Combat was godawful but the platforming was surprisingly well done for its age and for being more or less the first game of its kind.
Also, full body awareness in 1997 - holy fuck.

I have yet to get past the first level in this. The whole thing is basically just a test of memorization.

Still good tho

I had a demo of this on some computer magazine disc. I remember i loved it, but nothing else.

I had this game, probably still have it somewhere. Never beaten it. I remember I liked the cinematics you always got when you died or had a game over.

I played the original on my Atari 800.

That is one scary rat. Not only is it huge, it can use its tail to ensnare things and it is bipedal.

Played it for the first time 2 years ago, immediately started to speedrun it.

Good lord that is nauseating. Reminds me of Counter Strike surf maps.

That FOV... That's exactly how you don't do 3D.

pros:
The bunnyjumping mechanics are kinda like in quake 1, but it's easier to keep momentum due to the low friction. You also gain a shitload of speed if you hug walls at a certain angle, and it's fun to use the game's weird physics to skip parts of the levels.

cons:
Combat is an afterthought and the mouse controls are so bad that it's preferrable to go keyboard only. May or may not induce motion sickness in some people.
