Sure, but Shmup and Fighting game fans tend to surpass them in their sperg outs over the slightest perceived infractions to the point of threads being derailed simply by mentioning a game title in any context (Ikaruga for example) and feuds being carried over trough years and different communities. Although, I give you that CV threads in particular have been uncharacteristically shitty these past few months.... Sad, but it only takes one rotten apple to ruin things for everyone.

Around here though it's not even shmup and fighter fans doing it. It's people who just derail the threads for the shit of lit. Most of the Ikaruga posting is done by people who don't play and the main fighters shitposter is mad because no one else cares about single player. It's literally just shitposting to derail threads about games they don't like. I don't think either is as bad as Castlevania threads though. Also any time JRPGs are mentioned in any thread anywhere. Yeah this place is a mess lately.
